- Please test if access to the Usermap works. If it doesn't, continue via resolving problem of CTU Account.
- If your CTU Account works, please check if your mailbox is not in "blocked" state. If it is, please continue unblocking according Instructions for Unblocking the CTU e-mail box. In other case please contact our ServiceDesk.
