If the account needs to be maintained or extended (maintenance of email services, continuity between two work/study relationships, access to FJFI buildings), the responsible person will submit a request via the Helpdesk system
According to the agreement, the type of relationship is chosen, e.g. "external person", "external teacher", "collaborator".
The relationship will be set for a maximum period of 1 year, before the end date both the user and the responsible person (supervisor) will be notified by email. If no extension is requested, the relationship and the account will automatically terminate.
