CERTIFICATES (information and instructions)
- TCS Personal Certificates
- used to secure e-mail and to authenticate to access network services
- Personal certificate for PES/AEDO
- serves for authentication during the electronic circulation of documents, primarily in the PES/AEDO systems

- Personal qualified certificate for the state administration of the Czech Republic
- is used to create an electronic signature that is recognized by the authorities in the Czech Republic
- Server certificate
- serves to ensure a secure connection (SSL) especially for internet services
- if you need to issue a server certificate for a service you operate (web server, etc.), or if you have discovered the expiration or absence of a certificate for one of the services provided by the faculty, please contact Helpdesk.cvut.cz.
ID CARDS
- CTU identification cards issued by the CTU Card Center.
- Setting the access rights of personal cards and key chains
- largely based on user roles, assigned and removed depending on the nature of the active relationship between the user and CTU
- it is possible to carry out individually within the faculty (its facilities) at the request of senior staff. The application must be submitted through the system Helpdesk.cvut.cz.
- always refers to the person of the holder, if the user has multiple cards (e.g. employee card and key ring), they have the same set of authorizations
- In certain cases, portable passes (so-called "guest cards") are used.
- If the person to whom some premises of the faculty need to be made available has no valid relationship with CTU,
- the necessary relationship (usually "EXTERNAL PERSON" or "EXTERNAL TEACHER") is set up at the request of the manager through the system Helpdesk.cvut.cz, which entitles the person concerned to issue an identity card.
- the relevant component will provide the visiting person with a portable pass. The required access rights will be set again at the request of the manager through the system Helpdesk.cvut.cz. These are cases where it does not make sense to establish an official relationship with the visiting person (one-off visits by external persons, craftsmen of supplier companies, workers on one-off orders, etc.).
