Access to the faculty network from outside

VPN
Description and use

A VPN (virtual private network) is a tool to securely connect two computers over an unsecured network (in this case, the user's personal computer to the CTU internal network via the Internet).
It is the only way to access servers and applications where the license is tied to the internal school network.

Employee should use university VPN service and for configuration follow official CTU website instructions.

Our faculty runs local VPN service with access for all users including students, configuration details.
