  • Access
    • the room has an electronic lock
    • electronic lock on the department opens the tablet to control the room and also the middle drawer in the department
      • the drawer contains:
        • set of wireless microphones (2x handheld, 2x headset and 1x lapel microphone)
        • charger for wireless microphones (max. 2 microphones can be charged at the same time)
        • laser presenter (will be replenished or can be borrowed on request)
        • HDMI cables and reducers, or other accessories
        • remote controls are not needed for normal operation (they are in the IT department if needed)
  • Room control
    • central room control from a fixed tablet mounted on the department, in english or czech language
    • the tablet allows you to control projection, select image and sound sources, control lighting, shading and dimming 
  • Projection equipment
    • PANASONIC laser projector [type PT-RCQ10] (description)
    • identical second backup projector
    • projectors are located in the ceiling and automatically extend when projection is required
    • projected on the wall with a special white coating over the boards
    • high-resolution camera/scanner for paper templates (available from the IT department)
  • Videoconferencing equipment
    • Panasonic video conferencing system with front and rear camera for use with MS Teams (Instructions)
    • wireless microphones in the department drawer
    • digital mixing console for audio-video signals, can also be used as a downscaler (available for loan from the IT department)
  • Computer equipment
    • 1x all-in-one HP PC in the department, connected to the AV system of the room with MS Teams support (Instructions)
    • 1x USB-A port and 1x USB-C port for data devices are available on the lower right side of the PC
    • PC with Windows 10 has a default English UI with US keyboard, the user has the option to set a different language environment in Windows
    • the user logs into the PC with a CTU account
  • Connection points
    • On the left and right side of the cathedral is a sunken tub, both containing:
      • 3 pull-out cables (HDMI, DisplayPort and USB-C) for connecting laptops and similar AV signal sources (USB-C cable only supports DisplayPort, has no power delivery, cannot charge from it)
      • 2 sockets 230V
      • 2 USB-A ports for charging
    • room with wifi 6 coverage

    • LED lighting in several separately controlled groups with adjustable intensity
    • shading by translucent grey roller blinds with motorized sliding
